SSF Event 026: Quang Quan Nguyen dominates Monday Bigger after ICM deal
Monday night at the Showdown Spring Festival featured the Monday Bigger tournament with an attractive 150,000 CZK guarantee. The start of the new week drew a field of players that recorded 73 entries (41 unique players and 32 re-entries). Cash prizes were prepared for the top 8 finishers.
Three-way deal and the battle for tickets
The final three players agreed on an ICM deal. This ensured all participants received rewards exceeding the 25,000 CZK mark.
The official winner with the largest stack and a prize of 26,100 CZK from the deal was Quang Quan Nguyen. Closely following were David Nepevný and Nadeem. In addition to the cash prize, all three deal participants also take home a ticket to the upcoming 1,000,000 CZK GTD major, which kicks off this Thursday, April 9th.
